Do you own a wearable heart rate monitoring device?

To participate in the Live 100 Challenge, you need a wearable heart rate monitor such as an Apple Watch or Fitbit. The Live 100 Challenge is in collaboration with PAI Health. PAI stands for Personal Activity Intelligence, and the PAI Health mobile app uses the heart rate data gathered from your device to give you PAI points for any activity that gets your heart rate up.

The devices listed below are compatible with the PAI Health app.

  • Apple Watch
  • Fitbit
  • Polar
  • Amazfit / Zepp

If you own or intend to purchase one of these wearable devices, please continue:

I do not own/or plan to purchase a wearable heart rate device

At this time, the PAI Health app and the Live 100 Challenge is limited to people who own or intend to purchase a compatible wearable device. This includes the Apple Watch, Fitbit, Polar, and Amazfit / Zepp brands of wearable heart rate monitoring devices.

However, we do offer other programs you may be interested in. Please visit Howdy Health to view and participate in the various physical activity and nutrition based programs offered by the Family and Community Health unit at Texas A&M AgriLife Extension Service.
