How can I report a problem with the PAI Health app?
Before submitting a PAI Health support ticket, please check the troubleshooting section for answers to known issues and common questions.
If you still need support, from within the PAI Health app, please follow the steps below:
- Open the PAI Health app
- Click the Profile icon () in the top right corner of the screen
- Click the Settings icon () in the top right corner of the screen
- Click Contact PAI Health to open an email to the support team
- Please enter your support request in the body of the email. A text file is attached to the email which will help us diagnose the problem.
